Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on air conditioning and refrigeration units for residential, commercial, and hospitality clients.
- Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Diagnose technical issues using specialized tools and equipment, and provide effective solutions to restore optimal system performance.
- Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential problems, such as refrigerant leaks, electrical faults, or mechanical failures.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to execute complex projects and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations using digital reporting tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues in a clear and professional manner and offering recommendations for system improvements.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and your team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, or installation (internships or vocational training may be considered).
- Basic knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including split units, central AC systems, and refrigeration units.
- Familiarity with HVAC tools and equipment, such as gauges, multimeters, vacuum pumps, and recovery machines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks at heights.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices.
- Valid driverâs license and ability to travel to client sites across Bali (company vehicle provided for work-related travel).
