Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the jewelry department team to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Monitor daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security protocols to safeguard inventory and maintain a secure retail environment.
- Analyze sales performance data and customer feedback to identify trends and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the store management team to plan and execute promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and inventory replenishment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience and fostering customer loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and stock levels, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail industry, preferably in jewelry, luxury goods, or fashion accessories.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering a premium shopping experience.
- Knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, and retail operations best practices.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retail schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
