Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in the logistics and warehouse sectors, with a focus on Japanese-speaking markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including international clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Identify and analyze client needs to propose customized warehouse and supply chain solutions that drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and finance) to align sales efforts with business objectives and service delivery.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to stay ahead of opportunities in the logistics space.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly in both Japanese and English.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain industries.
- Fluency in Japanese (N2 level or higher) and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of logistics operations, warehouse management, and supply chain processes.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
