Responsibility
- Prepare and issue accurate quotations for industrial clients based on product specifications and pricing guidelines.
- Process and track customer orders from inception to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm product availability, lead times, and resolve any logistical issues.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and inventory tracking systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and following up on pending requests.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for technical products.
- Generate reports on sales performance, order status, and supplier reliability for management review.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM/ERP systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of technical products (industrial, mechanical, or engineering) is preferred.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (preference for candidates already in the region).
