Responsibility
- Conduct engaging and effective Japanese language classes for students at the N3 proficiency level.
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to students' learning needs and goals.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and interactive classroom environment to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to improve teaching methods and materials.
- Prepare students for Japanese language proficiency tests and certifications.
- Participate in school events, workshops, and cultural activities to promote Japanese language and culture.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum N3 level proficiency in Japanese (native speakers or equivalent certification preferred).
- Previous experience in teaching Japanese as a foreign language (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students of diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to create and deliver structured lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching and language education.
- Familiarity with Japanese language proficiency tests (e.g., JLPT) is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or currently based in Bali.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field is advantageous.
