Responsibility
- Develop and deliver customized Japanese language lessons for welding professionals, focusing on workplace vocabulary and communication.
- Assess studentsā language proficiency and tailor instruction to meet individual learning needs.
- Incorporate industry-specific terminology (e.g., welding techniques, safety protocols) into the curriculum.
- Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to track progress.
- Create engaging teaching materials, including worksheets, audio-visual aids, and interactive exercises.
- Collaborate with vocational trainers to align language instruction with technical training objectives.
- Prepare students for Japanese language proficiency tests (e.g., JLPT) and workplace interviews.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Japanese Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Japanese language instructor, preferably with adult learners or vocational training.
- Fluency in Japanese (N2 or higher) and strong English communication skills.
- Familiarity with JLPT (Japanese-Language Proficiency Test) standards and preparation strategies.
- Ability to develop curriculum and lesson plans tailored to specific industries (e.g., welding, manufacturing).
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
