Responsibility
- Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to storyboard and script engaging educational content.
- Integrate multimedia elements (videos, animations, quizzes) to enhance learner engagement and retention.
- Ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance for seamless LMS (Learning Management System) integration.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and resolve technical or instructional design issues.
- Optimize eLearning content for mobile and desktop accessibility and performance.
- Analyze learner feedback and data to iterate and improve course effectiveness.
- Stay updated on emerging eLearning trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Instructional Design, Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an eLearning Developer, Instructional Designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing interactive eLearning projects (preferably in corporate or technical training).
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (Moodle, Cornerstone, Docebo) and SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for custom eLearning development.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to work with global teams.
- Passion for education technology and a user-centered design approach.
