Responsibility
- Serve as the primary liaison between Japanese-speaking clients and English-speaking staff
- Translate and localize business documents, emails, and communications with cultural sensitivity
- Manage appointment scheduling, travel arrangements, and office coordination
- Prepare bilingual reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Assist with client onboarding and maintain CRM records in both languages
- Coordinate between international teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support special projects and events requiring bilingual capabilities
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Japanese (N2 level or higher) and English (business level)
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in an international setting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Real estate industry experience is a plus but not required
- Legal work authorization in Indonesia
