Responsibility
- Accurately input, verify, and update large volumes of data into organizational databases and systems.
- Maintain data integrity by identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies in records.
- Process and organize digital and physical documents, ensuring proper filing and retrieval.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Generate reports and summaries from processed data as required by management.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive information.
- Meet daily/weekly data entry targets while maintaining high accuracy standards.
- Assist in digitizing paper records and migrating legacy data to modern systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical roles (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (50+ WPM with 98%+ accuracy).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in datasets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of database systems or CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
