Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain company websites, ensuring uptime, performance, and security.
- Manage and update web content, including text, images, and multimedia assets.
- Administer media libraries, organizing and optimizing digital assets for easy retrieval.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to web servers, databases, and CMS platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement SEO best practices and improve search rankings.
- Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures for web and media data.
- Assist in the deployment of web applications and digital tools to enhance user engagement.
- Generate reports on web traffic, user behavior, and system performance for analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in web administration, IT support, or digital media management.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla) and basic web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Strong understanding of web hosting, domain management, and SSL certificates.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
