Responsibility
- Coordinate daily operations with IT vendors to ensure smooth service delivery and compliance with SLAs.
- Manage vendor contracts, renewals, and negotiations to optimize cost and performance.
- Monitor vendor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor services with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of vendor agreements, performance reports, and compliance records.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in vendor management.
- Resolve vendor-related issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend strategic vendor partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT vendor management or procurement.
- Strong understanding of IT service management and vendor contracts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in vendor management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
