Responsibility
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the school.
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment, including computers, printers, and audiovisual systems.
- Assist in managing the school library, including cataloging, circulation, and inventory of resources.
- Support staff and students with IT-related inquiries and training.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and upgrade technology solutions.
- Assist in organizing library events and promoting literacy programs.
- Monitor and maintain IT inventory and library collections.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Library Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or library services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with library management systems is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
