Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and security checks to ensure optimal performance.
- Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Monitor IT infrastructure and proactively address potential issues before they escalate.
- Provide timely technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, or in-person.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and resolutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new technologies and improve existing systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as an IT Technician, Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Linux, and virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting (PCs, laptops, printers, servers).
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving software-related issues (MS Office, antivirus, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
