Responsibility
- Analyze and document business and technical requirements for banking IT systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and recommend IT solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Design, test, and implement system integrations, APIs, and data migration strategies to support digital banking initiatives.
- Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and desired outcomes, proposing actionable solutions to bridge gaps.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architectures, workflows, and user manuals.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on banking operations.
- Support IT project management by providing technical expertise, risk assessments, and timeline estimates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and system analysis tools.
- Experience with APIs, middleware, and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Apache Kafka).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and IT governance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights.
- Certifications such as CBAP, ITIL, or PMP are a plus.
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
