Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end management of IT projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements or new implementations.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to design, test, and deploy robust IT solutions.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, progress reports, and post-implementation reviews.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative tools or methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct user training and create support materials to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems or processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CompTIA) are a plus.
- Proven 3+ years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful project deliveries.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical and business requirements.
- Experience with system integration, database management, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with IT security principles, compliance standards, and data protection regulations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
