Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance on company hardware, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot internal network connectivity and office Wi-Fi systems.
- Provide prompt technical support and resolution to staff regarding software and hardware issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of operating systems and office software.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and equipment.
- Ensure data security protocols are followed and assist with regular system backups.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and resolve recurring technical bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience or internship in IT support, helpdesk, or network maintenance.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and common office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong understanding of basic network troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, Router, and Switches).
- Ability to identify and resolve hardware malfunctions effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced property investment environment.
- Willingness to be based in Badung, Bali.
