Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system errors, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
- Assist in the setup and management of user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including tracking assets and managing software licenses.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and security checks to ensure compliance and protection.
- Document all support requests, solutions, and follow-up actions in the IT ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
- Basic knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware components.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
