Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based hardware and software systems.
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, including printers, scanners, and external hard drives.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining network connections and peripheral devices.
- Document IT-related processes, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve IT infrastructure and support services.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT support, hardware maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common software applications.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware such as printers, scanners, and external storage devices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
