Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for digital manufacturing systems support at the Bali site.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to implement and upgrade manufacturing software and hardware.
- Provide technical training and guidance to staff on digital tools and best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in manufacturing workflows.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection regulations.
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical system support as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of digital manufacturing systems, ERP, and MES software.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
