Responsibility
- Assist in designing, maintaining, and updating HR dashboards to track key performance metrics (e.g., turnover rates, recruitment efficiency, employee engagement).
- Clean, validate, and organize HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with the People Team to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement using data insights.
- Support the development of automated reports and data visualizations (e.g., using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau) to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to answer HR-related questions and support decision-making (e.g., workforce planning, diversity metrics).
- Assist in benchmarking HR practices against industry standards and best practices.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay updated on HR analytics trends, tools, and technologies to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Excellent communication skills to present data insights clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Passion for HR and a curiosity about how data can improve people strategies.
- Prior experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) or SQL is advantageous but not required.
