job description

Join Enov8Tive, a forward-thinking company in the Information & Communication Technology sector, as our HR Analytics & Data Intern! This is an exciting opportunity to support our People Team by leveraging data to drive strategic HR decisions. Based in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), you’ll work remotely to manage HR dashboards, track key metrics, and ensure data accuracy—helping us build a more efficient and people-focused organization.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with HR professionals to transform raw data into actionable insights. Whether you’re analyzing employee engagement trends, optimizing recruitment processes, or cleaning datasets, your work will directly impact our ability to make informed, data-driven decisions. This internship is perfect for students or early-career professionals passionate about HR technology, analytics, and organizational development.

At Enov8Tive, we value innovation, collaboration, and a growth mindset. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience with HR analytics tools, data visualization, and cross-functional teamwork—all while contributing to meaningful projects. If you’re detail-oriented, analytically curious, and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!

Note: This is a part-time internship with flexible hours, ideal for students or those balancing other commitments.
