Responsibility

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance to avoid downtime.
  • Assist in setting up and managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to deploy updates, patches, and new software applications.
  • Document all support requests, solutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system.
  • Educate users on best practices for IT security and efficient use of technology.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking principles, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk software, remote support tools, and ITIL processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, Indonesia.
