Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist in setting up and configuring computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Help maintain and update IT inventory records.
- Support the IT team in network and system maintenance tasks.
- Assist with user account management and access control.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
- Participate in IT projects and contribute to process improvements.
- Learn and apply cybersecurity best practices to ensure data protection.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Previous IT support experience or certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) is a plus.
