Responsibility

  • Provide first-level IT support for end-users, addressing issues related to applications, ERP systems, and network connectivity.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems for PCs, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, software applications, and office productivity tools.
  • Assist in setting up and troubleshooting network connections, ensuring stable and secure access for all users.
  • Document all support requests, solutions, and follow-up actions in the IT ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues and implement long-term fixes.
  • Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Provide user training and guidance on best practices for IT security and software usage.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and basic network configurations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or similar are a plus.
