Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Administer and maintain IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Set up and configure new hardware and software for employees, ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to implement and maintain security protocols and policies.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various platforms.
- Document technical processes, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT projects, including upgrades and migrations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common business applications.
- Experience with network troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN configurations.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise IT tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or similar are a plus.
