Responsibility

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network systems, servers, and workstations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining IT infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, escalating complex problems to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and upgrades.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking principles.
  • Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, laptops) and software installation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate or work on-site in Bali (preferred).
