Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
- Document and track customer inquiries and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Escalate complex technical problems to higher-tier support teams when necessary.
- Assist in setting up and configuring IT equipment for end-users.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and IT policies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer experience.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or IT-related degree/certificate (fresh graduates are welcome!).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
