Responsibility
- Lead and supervise IT migration projects, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
- Coordinate with China HQ on system operations, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and security, addressing vulnerabilities proactively.
- Provide technical support and guidance to local teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare reports and documentation for IT projects and system changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in IT supervision or management, preferably in logistics or a multinational environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, system migration, and network management.
- Experience with enterprise software, databases, and cloud services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with IT security protocols and compliance standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
