Responsibility
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems in educational settings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues for students, teachers, and administrative staff.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer labs, classrooms, and digital learning tools.
- Collaborate with educators to integrate technology into curriculum delivery and student engagement.
- Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including devices, licenses, and educational software.
- Conduct training sessions for staff and students on new technologies and digital literacy.
- Ensure data security and compliance with organizational IT policies and educational standards.
- Support the development and implementation of e-learning platforms and digital resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in IT support, preferably in an educational or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and educational software (e.g., Moodle, Google Classroom).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural team.
- Certifications in IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
