Responsibility
- Maintain accurate records of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and IT teams to manage asset lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal.
- Implement and monitor asset tracking systems to prevent loss or misuse.
- Provide reports on asset utilization, depreciation, and maintenance needs.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of IT equipment for new hires or projects.
- Ensure timely renewal of software licenses and maintenance contracts.
- Collaborate with IT support to resolve asset-related issues and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT asset management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT asset management tools and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and asset management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Certification in ITIL or IT asset management is a plus.
