Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of business applications to support NKF’s digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and IT teams to identify and address operational inefficiencies through technology solutions.
- Manage the integration of IT systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across departments.
- Provide technical expertise and support for business applications, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, system configurations, and user guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards, data security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of business applications.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, with a focus on business applications and digital transformation.
- Proven experience in healthcare IT or a similar regulated industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of business application development, system integration, and IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET, and familiarity with database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in IT service management (ITIL) or project management (PMP) are a plus.
