Responsibility
- Develop, enhance, and maintain the Triple'A Core Banking System using Temenos PMS.
- Design and implement scalable solutions for core banking functionalities.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in fintech and core banking technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Triple'A Core Developer with expertise in Temenos PMS.
- Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, and banking system architectures.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
