Responsibility
- Design and implement scalable and secure IT solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements and new projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including system diagrams, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT security and data protection.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Work closely with vendors and third-party providers to integrate and manage external services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an IT Solutions Architect or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Proficiency in system design, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about technology solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
