Responsibility
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent IT and software projects from planning to deployment, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA testers, and UX designers, to ensure alignment and high-quality outputs.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, status reports, and post-mortem analyses.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to foster team collaboration and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies for software development and IT operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing transparent communication and regular updates on project status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in IT, software development, or a similar technical environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive team performance and client satisfaction.
- Technical understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), APIs, databases, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM are highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
