Responsibility
- Lead and manage a hierarchical team of IS professionals, including R&D IS engineers, to ensure optimal performance and alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and implement IT strategies that enhance operational efficiency, security, and scalability across all site operations.
- Oversee the performance management of the IS team, including goal setting, KPI tracking, and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify IT needs and deliver innovative solutions that drive business value.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and compliance of all IT systems, infrastructure, and data in accordance with industry standards.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to optimize resource allocation.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to modernize legacy systems and adopt cutting-edge technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IS team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing IS teams.
- Proven track record of managing IT infrastructure, systems, and teams in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, ITIL).
- Experience with ERP systems, cloud computing, and digital transformation projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
