Responsibility
- Develop and maintain microservices using Go, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with the backend team to design, build, and refactor features.
- Implement and improve backend architecture and processes.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure system reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
- Monitor and optimize backend performance and resource usage.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in backend development, preferably with Go.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching mechanisms.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
