Responsibility

  • Assist in the procurement, configuration, and tracking of IT hardware assets (laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices).
  • Provide first-level technical support for employees, resolving issues related to hardware functionality and basic software concerns.
  • Manage user accounts and administrative settings within the Microsoft Office 365 environment.
  • Perform regular preventative maintenance checks on office computing equipment to ensure high performance.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory database and assist with periodic asset audits.
  • Document technical procedures and contribute to our internal knowledge base to improve support workflows.
  • Collaborate with the broader IT team to implement system upgrades and security patches.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 operating systems and basic hardware troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 administration (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Well-organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passionate about learning new technologies and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
