Responsibility
- Assist in the procurement, configuration, and tracking of IT hardware assets (laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices).
- Provide first-level technical support for employees, resolving issues related to hardware functionality and basic software concerns.
- Manage user accounts and administrative settings within the Microsoft Office 365 environment.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance checks on office computing equipment to ensure high performance.
- Maintain an accurate inventory database and assist with periodic asset audits.
- Document technical procedures and contribute to our internal knowledge base to improve support workflows.
- Collaborate with the broader IT team to implement system upgrades and security patches.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 operating systems and basic hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 administration (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Well-organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passionate about learning new technologies and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
