Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with industry best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Monitor security systems, analyze logs, and respond to incidents or breaches with rapid, effective countermeasures.
- Lead security awareness training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity risks and safe practices.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, local Indonesian laws) and internal audit requirements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security controls into systems, networks, and applications.
- Manage access control and identity management protocols to prevent unauthorized data access.
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and recommend proactive measures to enhance defenses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security, risk management, or compliance roles.
- Proficiency in security tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint protection).
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT) and regulatory requirements.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Experience in incident response and forensic analysis is a plus.
