Responsibility
- Lead and mentor the IT Security Officer team to ensure high performance and adherence to security policies.
- Oversee the implementation of security protocols for large-scale government projects.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability management, and security audits.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain compliance with government regulatory frameworks.
- Manage incident response protocols and ensure timely reporting of security-related events.
- Design and refine security architecture and operational workflows to mitigate emerging threats.
- Provide expert guidance on security best practices to project teams and technical staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM is mandatory.
- Proven experience in IT Security Management, preferably within a government or public sector environment.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) and Singapore government security policies.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
