Responsibility
- Pre-Sales & Client Engagement: Lead technical discussions with prospects to understand business challenges and propose tailored Agentic AI and automation solutions.
- Solution Architecture: Design and document end-to-end automation architectures, integrating AI agents, RPA, and workflow orchestration tools.
- POC Development: Build and demonstrate proof-of-concept solutions to validate technical feasibility and business value for clients.
- Mentorship & Training: Provide guidance to client teams and internal stakeholders on best practices for implementing and scaling automation initiatives.
- Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend cutting-edge tools and platforms (e.g., LLMs, autonomous agents, low-code automation) to meet client needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation.
- Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends in Agentic AI and automation, sharing insights through whitepapers, webinars, or client workshops.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and refine automation workflows to maximize efficiency, scalability, and ROI for enterprise clients.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in enterprise automation, AI/ML, or related fields, with a focus on solution design and architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform) and AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, or custom LLM integrations).
- Agentic AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and their application in business process automation.
- Consulting Skills: Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a track record of designing innovative solutions to complex automation challenges.
- Programming Proficiency: Experience with Python, JavaScript, or other relevant languages for scripting and custom integrations.
- Cloud & APIs: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and RESTful APIs for system integrations.
- Education: Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
