Responsibility
- Conduct security and compliance assessments of digital onboarding systems to identify vulnerabilities and gaps.
- Collaborate with IT, legal, and business teams to ensure alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2).
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls for digital platforms.
- Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies for identified threats.
- Monitor and audit system access, data handling, and third-party integrations for compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on security best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Document and report security incidents, audits, and remediation efforts to senior management.
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and evolving compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT security, compliance, or risk management.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
- Experience with digital onboarding systems, identity verification, or SaaS security.
- Familiarity with audit processes, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
