Responsibility

  • Identify and engage potential clients in Bali’s tech ecosystem, including startups, SMEs, and enterprises.
  • Present and demonstrate JMC IT Consultant’s portfolio of IT solutions, including software, hardware, and cloud services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to customize proposals based on client requirements and market trends.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic prospecting and negotiation.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies (AI, cybersecurity, SaaS) to position JMC as a thought leader in the region.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and contracts.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of 2+ years in IT sales, B2B sales, or tech consulting (preferably in Indonesia).
  • Strong understanding of IT products/services (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud computing, network solutions).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality—able to cold call, network, and close deals independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to travel within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) for client meetings.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends.
