Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality outcomes within scope and on schedule.
- Collaborate with IT operations, vendors, and stakeholders to optimize system performance and mitigate risks.
- Develop and implement project governance frameworks, including risk management, compliance, and quality assurance processes.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks to ensure successful delivery.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT team and across the organization.
- Ensure seamless integration of IT solutions with existing systems and processes, minimizing disruption to business operations.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable project plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex programs and projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Experience in budget management, risk assessment, and resource allocation for IT projects.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, system performance optimization, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Ability to work remotely and manage projects in a distributed team environment.
