Responsibility
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to drive team productivity and project success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, developers, designers, and business analysts, to align project goals with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to minimize disruptions.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure seamless communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Waterfall, and hybrid project management approaches.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment, with a high level of self-motivation and time management.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
