Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end IT project management, from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule and within scope.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, and external vendors, to define project goals and success criteria.
- Oversee the implementation of banking software, digital platforms, and cybersecurity measures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and agile methodologies, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and banking regulations, including data privacy and security protocols.
- Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in banking or financial services.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale IT projects, including software development, system integrations, and digital transformations.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, Scrum, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
- Excellent understanding of banking operations, financial systems, and regulatory compliance (e.g., Basel III, GDPR, local banking laws).
