Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and budget oversight.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, risk registers, and status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, UX/UI, and business stakeholders) to align project goals with business needs.
- Implement Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies to optimize project workflows and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor and third-party relationships to ensure seamless integration of external resources and services.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices in IT project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies and the ability to adapt them to project needs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to drive collaboration across teams.
- Experience in software development, infrastructure, or cloud-based projects (AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
