Responsibility
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to streamline project workflows and enhance productivity.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets using data-driven insights.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, stakeholders) to align project goals with business objectives.
- Identify risks, mitigate issues, and implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
- Monitor project KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and integrating lessons learned.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterās degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an IT Project Manager or similar role in tech-driven environments.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and data analytics to optimize project performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid setting with a focus on Bali-based operations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is a plus.
