Responsibility
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, operations) to integrate technology solutions into construction workflows.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track.
- Oversee the implementation of software, hardware, and digital tools to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress using KPIs and agile methodologies, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and recommending process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in IT project management, preferably in construction, engineering, or a similar industry.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate technical requirements into actionable plans.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, BIM software, or construction management platforms is advantageous.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
