Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive requirement documents for new system features or modifications, ensuring clarity for developers and stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with software developers, testers, and business teams to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
- Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation for non-technical audiences.
- Assist in the prioritization of feature requests based on business impact and feasibility.
- Support the implementation and testing of system changes, ensuring they meet specified requirements.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency in requirements gathering and project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to write clear, concise, and detailed technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and non-technical teams.
- Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with database concepts, API integrations, or basic programming knowledge is a plus.
