Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of medium-to-high complexity technology projects within the Automations Program, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Define program roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Oversee cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations) to drive project success, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to ensure seamless project execution and minimal disruptions.
- Champion Agile and DevOps best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and scalability.
- Monitor project performance using data-driven metrics, providing regular reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., AI, RPA, cloud solutions) and recommending strategic implementations.
- Mentor and develop program managers and project teams, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree or PMP/PgMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT program/project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing complex technology initiatives.
- Proven expertise in automation technologies, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and IT infrastructure.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Experience with budget management, resource allocation, and risk assessment for large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism), AI/ML applications, or workflow automation is highly desirable.
- Remote work experience in a global or distributed team environment is preferred.
