Responsibility
- Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications, websites, or digital platforms under the guidance of senior team members.
- Provide technical support to staff and students, troubleshooting IT-related issues and ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize workflows, automate processes, and improve efficiency using digital tools.
- Contribute to data management and analysis, including database maintenance, reporting, and insights generation.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning to align with organizational goals.
- Assist in the implementation of cybersecurity best practices to protect digital assets and user data.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, sharing insights with the team to drive innovation.
- Support the creation of technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++) or web development (HTML, CSS, PHP).
- Familiarity with IT support, troubleshooting, or system administration is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote/hybrid environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior internship or project experience in IT, software development, or digital operations is advantageous.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
